Cancellation Policy: Guest must cancel by 6 weeks prior to reservation date for refund of a deposit or to avoid full credit card charges. 25% (twenty five percent) deposit is due at the time of booking on the total dollar value of the booking.
We have a three day minimal booking (other than walk in guests) with availability in our peak season (June, July, Aug, Sept.) The months of May and October have no minimal booking rquiremants.

Restaurant operates separately and therefore is open at the discretion of the management. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that it will be open during your stay at our cottages.
Any birthday parties, family reunions or gatherings with more than 4 guests must be reported to the office. There is a property usage fee for weddings, family reunions and organized functions.
