Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Larinda’s Landing.

• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• Check in 3:00pm – Check out 11:00am
• Additional guests are $20.00 per person, per night.
• Children ages 8-15 are $10.00 per person, per night.
• Children under 7 stay free.
• Small dogs permitted-$50 per week
• Owners will be responsible for any damages as a result of your pet. Please advise our staff upon booking that your pet will be joining us on your vacation. We will have a waiver ready for you to sign upon your arrival.
• At Larinda’s Landing we require a three day minimum stay during July, August and September with a 25% deposit upon booking.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Interac on site.
  The balance of the reservation will be processed upon arrival. Our cancellation policy is six weeks, in which your full deposit amount will be returned. If your cancellation notice is received less then six weeks prior to your reservation date, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay the full reservation amount unless we are able to re-book your cottage.
• Due to the short length of high season (June to October), cancellations have a great impact on our business, therefore we will do our best to re-book cancellation with six weeks notice, however, if we are unable to do so, the accommodations reserved will require full payment. If we are able to re-book the period of time you have reserved, there will be a one day rate charge, plus all tax and credit card charges.
• Please note the arrival and departure dates on your reservation confirmation. These are the dates you will be charged for.
• This policy remains without exception.
• All deposits and cancellation fees are subject to 14% tax.
• Reservations are confirmed by email only, unless otherwise requested.
