Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Larinda’s Landing.

• Due to the short length of our Season, cancellations have a great impact on our business.  We require a 25% deposit of your booking upon making a reservation.  The remaining balance of your reservation will be processed upon arrival. *Please note we have a separate Cancellation policy for guests booking the property in its entirety and for functions. Please contact us directly to discuss this policy.
  
  
• At Larinda’s Landing we require a three day minimum stay during our high season June 25- Sept 10. 
  
  
• The cancellation of your reservation must be made 6 weeks prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit. 
  
  
• If your cancellation notice is received less than six weeks prior to your reservation date, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay the full reservation amount unless we are able to re-book your cottage.
  
  
• We will do our best to re-book the cancellation; however, if we are unable to do so, the accommodations reserved will require full payment. If we are able to re-book the period of time you have reserved, there will be a one day rate charge, plus all tax and credit card charges.
  
  
• There is a $25 + HST Administration Processing fee for all cancellations, even those given in advance of the 6 week minimum.
  
  
• Please note the arrival and departure dates on your reservation confirmation. These are the dates you will be charged for.
  
  
• This policy remains without exception.
  
  
• All deposits and cancellation fees are subject to HST (15% tax).
  
  
• Reservations are confirmed by email only, unless otherwise requested.
